Hope is definitely doing better. She kept all her meds down today, and all her fluids, and has had a few wet diapers.
Brodie had his appointment with the Eye doctor this week, and we recieved very encouraging news. The goal for Brodie's 'weak' eye, was to get it to 20/40 vision with a corrective lens. He has managed to get to 20/30 with a lens (which is even better). Even more exciting for us, is that his eyes are starting to work together, and he was able to see some of the shapes 'jumping' out of the book, while he wore the special 3D glasses. So, his depth perception may improve with time, very exciting for us, because we didn't think there was much hope for this.
Tommorrow he starts hockey! He's very excited.

I just checked the blog after these past few days and I'm so glad to see Hope is feeling better. You must feel relieved. Hugs to all the kids. Jenn

Way to go, little Buddy! Glad to hear Hope is doing better too!
Jolene, We've spoken previously about the eye thing. that is SO awesome that Brody is getting some 3D action going on. I don't have that. My daughter had her eye appt too and the dr said she is 20/20 with glasses but it still pushing the surgery. We're torn....Alisa (alisab.ca@gmail.com)
Encouraging news indeed!!! Brodie you like like such a hockey star with your helmet (reminds me of when all my boys were little ....and Jocelyne too - and Nathalie whenever she can grab a helmet and stick it on her head!) I forgot to check for excess hockey equipment....is there anything you still need?
