Ashley and Hope were born with Adenylosuccinate Lyase Deficiency. This metabolic disorder left them with a damaged brain resulting in seizures and profound psychomotor delay. They were not expected to live past infancy. Although they were palliative care, we kept them at home to love and hold. Ashley died on March 18th,2011 (6yrs old) and Hope followed her home on August 14th, 2011 (4yrs old). We now continue our journey as a 'Family of Four'.

Good Morning,
I remember you wearing those Halloween outfits when you came trick or treating at our house on the farm. That was a long long time ago.
I follow your reports daily. Love seeing pictures of your angels ( 3 of them )Keeping you in our prayers with love .

hey Jolene
those costumes are awesome!! Ashley looks great! Calista wants to know what hope was?
Brody has outfits for Halloween!!
Lonnie
Great costumes...Brodie is such a boy's boy - being Batman. All 3 of my boys were superheros (Venom, Batman and Hulk). Mattea was a beautiful butterfly. I absolutely love that Care Bear costume (kind of funny how that stuff all circles back...I've got my Strawberry Shortcake bedspread from when I was little all ready for Mattea!). Enjoy your week, and don't work too hard!
It's great to see them on my grandchildren
Neat
I don't remember your costumes, but I'm not
surprised with your Mom's talents. So neat to
see the kids wearing them.
With prayers
Brenda and Ken
